Any Canadian out here?

China has long been a leader of global economic growth, but is slowing to a near 30-year low of 6.2% in 2019 despite the Chinese government's quantitative easing.

Your seller will be CA or Canadian that purchased 3 years ago for half of what your buying it for and your seller will have purchased from a local at 50% below that number.

There weren't many folks who had were forced to sell, and prices didn't globally fall. 

I am trained in engineering and business currently working in Global Marketing and am ready to dive into the real estate world.

Account Closed  my dad was in the recreational land business and I cut my teeth at this.. this same sentiment has been with us since at least the 50s  .. with WI IL MI residents buying florida..Or Canadians buying in PHX.. or other snow birds.CA folks want out of where they are living and want to go to semi rural areas.. 

Blackstone Group LP is close to finishing raising a record $20 billion fund.These larger firms argue they can meet their deadlines more easily than smaller peers because they invest globally and have so much capital available they can buy entire companies or portfolios.

Our slang has gone global now courtesy of BP!
