the house is within a walking distance from my house. i told her that i would be there from 5-6 on wednesday and 11-12 on saturday. i have to finish a few things anyway, so it's a good way to get me to go there anyway.i have lost motivation to finish the small 3-4 items (door does not close properly, caulk shower joints, caulk sink) so it's a good way to get me to do them.i am just disappointed that it's been almost 2 months without a single application. i verified before purchasing the house that the houses across the street rent for 950. it's a terrible school district and they still rent. i am asking almost the same price and nothing. people just come and nothing. i finish the houses the way that i'd love to live in them and this one seems to be a problem. wifey is upset because i convinced her it would be easy to rent since it's on a main street. because this one is still open, i can't look ahead to the next one.i have never dealt with section 8 people, so i dont even know what to expect.she told me there was this guy that said he can sign a lease if we lower it to $900. i said "no.

Both appraisers had a different opinion of value. 1% of appraisers get upset when you hand them a previous appraisal and make a point to blow that up.Your best case scenario is if there are blatantly obvious mistakes.
