Both appraisers had a different opinion of value. 1% of appraisers get upset when you hand them a previous appraisal and make a point to blow that up.Your best case scenario is if there are blatantly obvious mistakes.

I get additionally insured on the insurance, I record the deed, I make the payments, we hope the bank doesn't get upset.
