The pipe from the house to the holding tank can settle, crack, fail, the inlet and outlet baffles can also fail.

I've had a lot of issues with the property, which was not maintained very well - new outlets, storm windows, replacement windows, leaky pipes, bad electrical switches, replacement flooring, roof issues, garage issues, insect issues, tree issues - learning a lot, spending a lot.
