@Snehanshu AsharIf you're asking whether I know of any turnkey providers or websites that streamline larger multi-family or commercial property investing, then no, I'm not aware of them.There may be some private equity groups or syndicates you can invest with if you're not interested in doing it yourself, but I don't have experience in this area either. 

I think it's quite a brilliant approach; I'm a huge proponent of leveraging data and automation to streamline processes. 

Seller only pays about 3.5% commission instead of the typical 6%.I wonder if this means we are getting closer to simpler, streamlined real estate sales.

Also, If you focus on one city, you can build a small team of local contacts and streamline the whole process.
