The FHA loan document package had two almost identical pages from HUD just to let you know that short term rentals under 30 days will be illegal on any part of the property while you have the FHA loan. 

Same house, nearly double the value in Orlando (likely easier to turn a flip profit since these hypothetical identical rehabs would cost the same to your contractor in either place).

Be careful taking your time doing the project, as there are thieves that specialize in burglarizing homes under rehab, taking tools, materials, appliances etc.

That would give you an identical list but of just those with phones. 

That's more fair than wasting your time and ours on re-reviewing identical paystubs and an unchanged credit report every 3 months.(2) Your agent is right.

One concern I might have is if it would attract vandals or thieves.
