Hey everyone, My name is Dalton DesRoches and I have recently been browsing BP and looking more seriously at getting into real estate investing.

The house was bought with a flippable intention in the long run as far as school district, neighborhood, and minor rehab.I want to invest in my local market which is the Boston and surrounding suburbs which is a high and attractive market which still has room growth due to increase in job demand from next new casinos, hotels, GE, and Amazon. 

I have never done anything in the field of real estate besides watch youtube videos on real estate and browse Zillow in my free time. 

My first question is: Are there any other resources I can utilize to educate myself other than browsing the Internet?

You can browse cities and search by dates or use the "I don't have a specific date" feature to see types of places available.

Its in the same Tri Cities area mentioned above, but it has the new Casino going in so there is a lot of potential.

You may want to start off by browsing the "Education" tab up - a great zone for starters!

Just browse the forum, and you should find more than one expert to choose from.There's no black-and-white answer to your question, except that education and research do not count.

I did enjoy going to all the casinos with all the great poker action.I also enjoy buying 35k properties that I can rent for $800.
