Where is best to buy a rental property in TN

Hello everyone, my husband and I are looking for an investment property in TN where we can rent out as a passive income. We're from LV so we have no idea on how the housing market is in TN. We're hoping someone can give some ideas plesase. Thank you.

I just moved to Bristol, TN and I love it. Its in the same Tri Cities area mentioned above, but it has the new Casino going in so there is a lot of potential. The area is also top 10 for fastest growing markets on Realtor.com and is beautiful!
