Theres other solutions such as filling the cracks as well as floating the entire surface with a thin layer of epoxy concrete, but unfortunately that too is only a temporary fix.  

Is that counter top solid surface?

Fast forward I get out there to find the mold, is on the surface and easily wiped off.

I had one apartment that was so bad I had to replace the HVAC ductwork, the HVAC, the carpet, the ceiling tiles and repaint all the surfaces, plus put in an ozone machine for several days!

Unfortunately, these fees did not surface until a sales agreement had been agreed upon.I'm not sure but other areas, but it seems that HOA's in the State of Florida have a great amount of power over owners.

The release period is up to different conditions of temperature, humidity and the quality of the surface.

As a person from an Ag background the farmers are not eating out because there is more wheat it's because the oil people are buying or leasing their mineral rights and then paying them for surface impacts due to drilling.

If you hang onto the property , you are losing money every year...this couldn't even be considered treading water, since when you tread water, you are still on the surface.
