If the bricks are bowing out away from the house, the movement can be arrested with star bolts.

One asterisk I would add, depending on how many doors you have don’t leverage the heck out of your all-star realtor for this task, consider someone in the same office that is newer and a little more in need of some additional $.

Lone Star is at a halt now and there are other small developments announced a few years ago that haven't gone through.
