I'd recommend interviewing them (CJ Rogers is the broker/owner - contact info at http://starpointerealty.com/).The other PMs in the area I don't have personal experience with but hear generally good things about include Linneman Realty and Lone Star - I'd consider them on your interview list as well.

The yelp reviews were a tell tale sign, 2 star rating and the same issues I had...Just noticed his rating went up...I remember mentioning his poor ratings and that I called the FBI when he hadn't confirmed my wire receipt over a week after the transfer.

I would never have signed a lease with them if I had done better due diligence...but it was a good learning experience that fortunately wasn't very catastrophic and now I just THANK my lucky stars that they never moved in.I wish I had been a member of BP back then, let me tell you!
