Yes, $20k is limited, run into a heating plant issue and *pow* there goes half that $, in 1 shot. $20k may seem like a lot, but not in renovation terms, it's actually very little.

To name a few, we have a Volkswagen plant, various FedEx plants, Amazon warehouses, McKee Foods where all the Little Debbie snack cakes are made.
