Dark brown floors, white counter/cabinetry.I'm wondering if anyone has any good tips on how to take the pics, how to angle the camera, what modes to set them to, etc, and any computer software or websites I can use to edit, tweak, and enhance the photos to make them look spectacular.

I think the word 'scaling' is the more common nomenclature.As to your question, I think you need to read the E-Myth, or at the very least deep dive some BP podcasts that focus on systems.

I want dispel a myth that I hear repeated quite often on BP and elsewhere... this seems especially important for folks looking to use the BRRRR strategy...Here's the myth:  "Investors must always wait 6 to 12 months to refinance a newly acquired property onto a conventional loan."

i am targeting MF because that is what is going to be needed in my region due to the economic base in the next 3-6 years.Listening to podcasts is not my thing nor will it ever be; i will most probably have a cohort help me manage it if it is in that range; however i know that seeking extremely good property managers is a cumbersome and costly experience.
