There's probably the same number of people living in doors and if there's more demand for rentals and less supply because of forclosures that should make rents go up.

@Ali Boone  the international buyers have waned quite a bit.. its not nearly the market maker as it was 3 to 5 years ago.. the dollar has gotten so strong that the incentive is not as great.One of the top selling companies from AU closed their door last year as a result. 

But I am planning to make re-upping leases a no-brainer for existing tenants as they come due for renewal.
