For instance, if you have 2 pages of directions for a basic coffee machine and I had to email twice to figure it out after 2 very educated people could not figure it out, time to spend $25 and get a simple coffee maker!

@Ali Boone  the international buyers have waned quite a bit.. its not nearly the market maker as it was 3 to 5 years ago.. the dollar has gotten so strong that the incentive is not as great.One of the top selling companies from AU closed their door last year as a result.
