Hello real estate peopleI have a situation where this year i have to pay to the IRS on taxes..Situationmy AGI income is 160k....work In IT for a big corporationi have 9 houses, i maxed out the deductions...repairs, supplys, new refrigerators....etc.......i have stopped adding deductions for the realestate as they are not dropping my money due to the IRS..on Tax software...

We have a property manager but are looking for accounting software that will help manage each property. 

Repair requests get input into our cloud-based software and our techs do the actual repairs.  

More sophisticated contractors use various bidding software to get the most accurate quote as possible.

I'm studying computer science to become a Software Engineer (or wherever the degree takes me).Short BackgroundSo I've been really interested in real estate for about 1 year now.

It could pass the %70 test.I once ran a survey for a product idea (Software and product management by trade) and discovered that a lot of people will just browse around google maps for fun.

I have been using TurboTax Deluxe the past 8 years, and may have reached a limitation of that software this year.

What software can assist with this, should I use Quickbooks or keep everything in my tenant software(Tenant Cloud)?
