I bought through the 2008-11 real estate collapse and recession, and it was anxiety-producing, but the B & C class properties I invested in were surprisingly resilient. 

Was that true, or were you just looking for a target to attack?  

Don't get confused.. harassment and infliction of emotional distress are just different angles and concepts that they could attack from. 

@Jonathan Guerrero Yeah but we had to attack a few other markets other than Bako after a while to make sure we were getting enough deals.

I was thinking about hitting it with postcards then another round of yellow letters, then I'm gonna attack a new list.

After realizing I need to attack other strategies I made of list of possible business generating options, and direct mail a specific neighborhood was one of the top ideas (admittedly not a  new strategy for our industry)What kind of properties were you mailing?

@John Baker  not sure how your trying to attack pre foreclosures .. however I have done many many of them in the day...
