I Have been going out to bid on my homeowner's insurance policies and I have found a lot of variation in what companies recommend for the Dwelling portion of coverage. 

Maybe someone else can enlighten us both.The MLS is basically the same sort of site, it just gives licensed agents a little more insight - we can see expired/sold/withdrawn etc listings complete with broker comments and pictures, even if those have been taken off of redfin, zillow, etc.I would think you would get more variation based on how the comps are adjusted rather than which site you use, but Anson can jump in and correct me if he disagrees.

I was missing quite a bit and re-ran my assumptions with your feedback through the Bigger Pockets calculators with some variations on the amount of cash I would put in. 

Some are assessed even lower than 9k as there seems to be quite a variation depending on the owners' last grievance (if any).  

Until contract law changes, (again, to the best of my knowledge) this practice is perfectly legal, and can be performed with a wide variation in underlying ethics.  

So im doing another mailing this week using freedomsoft 30day free trial of 120 names because of my current money situation and will be putting a list out every week if money permits.  

If this is your first time selling a home you might have thought to try selling your house long before you actually needed too as a trial run to know what to expect and be prepared to deal  with possible outcomes or events .
