The biggest news as of late is Intel's plan to build chip manufacturing plants in Licking County, a $20 billion investment, which is the largest private investment in state history.

Case in point drive through any neighborhood and you would be surprised at how close to houses many trees are planted because the owner most likely didn’t know better.  

Paint, primer, new texture, updated bathroom & shower, fixed lawn, new hot water heater, new cold water piping (it bursted),  added GFCI's to all of our outlets because the house was not grounded, added new cabinets in the kitchen2.

Home to The Ohio State University with nearly 60,000 students, 5 fortune 500 companies, over +25% population change since 2000, 2016 smart city challenge award winner gaining 50 million dollars in funding from the government ( https://www.columbus.gov/smartcity/), Intel is spending 20 Billion dollars to build two semiconductor plants, and many many more great things presently and coming in the future.

If you go online you will find tons of data about companies moving their headquarters and additional plants to San Antonio.

I think Sanford's push to absorb Jonesboro is a great move and merging those economies and making it a single downtown that is much larger will plant a great seed for what Sanford may become in 40-50 years from now.

I am talking clean up and very basic planting to make it look good.
