Most single family homes are not in restricted subdivisions or have HOAs.To find a good Realtor, there are many tactics, ask people you know, see who has the most listings, call the Board of Realtors and ask who are the best known Realtors in the community (don't ask who the best is, they can't and won't say) when you find some, talk to them, see who you think you can work with the best.

Frankly, it's auction.com's sales tactic to their clients that by giving out so much free information they are bringing new investors to the table and driving up bids on the courthouse steps.

There are a couple tactics you can use: hire an attorney to get an emergency hearing (this gives you time to build a case supposing there were errors in the process, believe it or not, there are many errors that are made along the way), the other is BK, though I just have them file to do my due diligence, I never have them go through with it.
