I imagine you could argue that you used coercion, but I cant see any actual law broken or damages incurred from it.I was using "fraud" as a general expression of dishonest conduct.

This is because people used to fake out the system by disputing valid entries and then applying while they were in dispute, and thus discounted.On the age of accounts issue, this is why Derek should obtain an American Express product as soon as possible.  

We are very up front about the late fees, and so far no tenant has ever expressed surprise at having to pay them.And as others have said, as a landlord you're not the bank.
