Perfect example, I met with a seasoned investor for drinks one day just to build a relationship and I still pick his brain on and off 3 years later.

Food is very inexpensive and expats can more than comfortably "get by" wanting for nothing on $1400/mo this includes all expenses (gas, food, drinks, housing, utilities, phone, entertainment, etc.) 

We often spend summer Friday nights at their Lakehouse for Happy Hour so she sent me a card that had a picture of a Giraffe that said ...'...the drinks may be on the house BUT the LOWBALLS are on me.." 

I am here to drink from the firehose until I can figure out what cup to use!

While shutting down some businesses and social distancing has no doubt reduced transmission, slowed the progression, and reduced the number of lives lost, the second and third order effects of all the shutdowns and isolation is taking many more lives from things such as suicide, drug overdose, alcohol abuse, delayed testing/treatment for other life-threatening conditions etc.

So, here’s the long version (maybe grab yourself a snack and something to drink):I’ve been interested in real estate investing for about 10 years, give or take.
