I asked what they paid for it and they said $4,000 - I asked what DD did you do and they said the county tax value was $6,000 so I was getting a deal… I asked him if he was a Gardener as maybe grow some veggies on it but other than that it’s useless and no one will buy it  bless his heart. 

And they will never again because AI and robots are here to stay a d are just getting warmed up.

What if they came to you and said they've had a change of heart, don't want to move for the new job, love their house, and decided not to close 3 days before you are supposed to move in. 

It is not for the faint of heart, that's for sure....But the best way to make $$.....

As for the postcards, I listened to a BP podcast before where a person had success when the put a picture of an animal on front because the thought was people warmed to it better.

If they do that, they have your best interests at heart.
