It appears you still have your SBF poster on the wall above your bed. 

I expect it to be moderate size rehab which to me means no significant plumbing or electrical and no walls being added or removed.  

That's one reason I hang out on BP - most people in my life can't appreciate the level of work it took to get to this level.

I just keep plowing money into the mortgage  my goal is not to have it hang around long term so I would avoid the recast idea .

We would touch up and possible paint a couple of the walls/ceilings.

Backs are against the wall on the inventory issue, and there is no way around it.

Reading what you all I’ve had to say, which I very much appreciate, I’m a little concerned because it is definitely boutique and also very high-end in terms of style: stamped concrete wall, polished  concrete floors, chicum wall in the  kitchen… but there are only 10 units total. there is a coffee shop that will be on the first floor and as I mentioned it’s right on the border of La Valeta and Holistika.

Household furniture must be positioned and/or elevated to allow adequate air flow underneath and between furnishings and adjacent walls.

You building and handling the rental, hanging signs, etc is an orange.

Removing a wall could add value to the home in theory, but for some rental areas, having extra rooms helps.
