Imagine you're like me, typically looking for tenants for low-income housing, nothing above $1000/month.Go past the questions you're asking about using social media to discover further undesirable characteristics about tenants to deny them and flip this on its head.

@Eddie Pfeifer, your concerns with debt load and that  being an undesireable feature of  the DST is well taken. 

That means the house is either over priced, outdated or in an undesirable area.

The school cost about 25k (35k currently) and most people come out making 70k+ a year (2x that if you go somewhere undesirable like the oil field).
