That's two months of lost rent and utilities ($5,600) plus $2,000 in cleaning/repairs for a total loss of $7,600.

.: For me it was at total for $13,000 for first year set up with filing fees, registered agent etc.

Feeling overwhelmed is totally normal—it means you're taking this seriously.
