I have found that what I love most about my experiences is that thrill I get from the process.

We just recently relocated back to Cincinnati after living out of state for 5 years (Minneapolis MN) and are thrilled to be back among our friends and family.Our goal with real estate investing is to get educated, and ultimately use a buy and hold strategy to develop a portfolio of 7-10 properties.  

At 74 now, I have had an opportunity to experience the highs and the very lows of this business, the potential loss and the thrill of  achievement.

She is thrilled!

I am not exactly thrilled about the C neighborhood idea, but I will do what I have to to get my foot in the door. 

A management company would have to run these properties, which isn't a thrilling idea to me, but would be necessary.

The all cash buying was an exciting adventure and gives you a great thrill and puts you in the drivers seat.  

I came across BP by accident and am thrilled to see how much information is available.
