First of all, my town and the ones surrounding are pretty small and don't have much for events for these types of people often enough to make a huge difference. 

Take things one step at a time and surround yourself with the people you aspire to be like.

New to real estate investing so any help/recommendations means more than you know :) Does anyone know what would be the easiest or most efficient way to go about getting a new quadplex built in the Greater Atlanta/surrounding area?

My wife and I are looking into investing in short term rentals in vacation markets surrounding NYC (Catskills, Adirondacks, Poconos, etc) and just wanted to check if anyone here might have some insights they could share.

LTR is also possible with this method.I generally stay in the surrounding counties to get lower value properties. 

The home is fully surrounded by woods—no neighbors in sight; so views are important.

I have a great cash flowing LTRs and just started looking into MTR/STR space in Boston and surrounding areas.

My team and I are located in Indianapolis and the surrounding areas; however, I've heard nothing but great things about the Milwaukee and Madison areas.

I don't think is impossible to find buildable land in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
