However, if you are generally looking for off market commercial deals, larger buildings etc, I've found no better combo than Excel, Google Earth, and some good old fashion internet stalking.

I won’t be missing out on anything.IMO, while these rules sound good on the surface, under scrutiny many exceptions can be sited.I especially have a problem with 4.
