@Adrian N.A LLC that holds rental properties is not suitable as an employer for a Solo 401(k) plan. 

Later on in my investing career when I have less time to deal with the day to day I will hire a PM and have a good understanding if they are running my property in an efficient manner.

My take after well over 20 years of investing in real estate is that if you want to continue to enjoy a great and profitable career and also have a life, that you consider taking @Jim Pfeifer's advice.
