The 8-20 units are sort of a mixed bag, with some going to residential agents and going on MLS, and others going into more commercial brokerages (Loopnet (listing service not brokerage, CBRE, Cushman, Colliers, Newmark).

@Matt HubertI’m a bit bias but I like Tampa because we have 3 pro sports teams, big concerts and festivals, gulf beaches, spring break/spring training, and two downtowns (Tampa and Saint Pete) so there is a lot of draw to the area besides one thing.
