I find specializing makes it easier to really add value to the transaction, and I don't want agents on my team that are going to be distracted by their retail clients and the different marketing that is required for that segment of the industry.

It's hard to stand out.There are some owner-occupied segments with people who share motivating factors for selling their home.Seniors with Long-time Ownership: often ready to downsize or transition to assistance.Homeowners with Low Financial Stability Scores (FSS): Struggling financially and likely ready to cash in on their asset.A list broker should be able to help guide you in the right direction.Good luck!
