I’m based out of state so would be looking for a company that could assist with day-to-day issues as well as securing tenants.

You cannot cherry pick a lender its not that easy you have to be more involved as a Banker or Loan officer.If you are not a lender my first thought was how welll versed are your point of contacts to assist a borrower unless its done through your software.

They should help advocate for you and might even be able to assist in resolving this with the listing agent.

It does share similarities with annuities, but the structure is designed for a specific audience:Property Owners: Typically those who already own income-producing properties but need liquidity for renovations, debt repayment, or other opportunities.Investors: People seeking exposure to real estate cash flow without the complexities of direct ownership, especially those already familiar with stocks or REITs.Again, the idea of the model isn’t for everyone.
