Make sure you over inflate how much they can make every year and make sure it’s a round number like $100k or $250k7.

The auction finally completed after 3 rounds of them doing this, but they have the option of taking the bid or not.

I like the idea of it being a very Red state, nature activities all year round and I think that areas like this are scare and will continue to appreciate if they continue to keep their beauty and policies.
