I don't know but I do not think you would be able to tell if he was good or not since you are so wildly confused by every other aspect of this business.

That doesn’t just cover the topic at hand it covers so many other aspects as well.

I wouldn't get my hopes up as he really has no obligation to, but if he sees a $5K item he can offer and forcing the legal aspect would cost $5K as well, he just might go with path of least resistance...The other aspect is you should 100% figure out exactly what the cost for you to take care of your items would be.

Keep any plants or tree/branches away from the house even the roof.

Some reasonable- a roof and ceiling repair from a major leak... some not so reasonable (they literally made me escrow the cost to add a deadbolt to a door).

Moving to a portfolio model—where a pod (1 PM + 2 VAs) manages all aspects of 200+ units—streamlined operations and improved accountability.

As of now my network of connections with agents and investors is very small, and I am looking to expand my opportunities as much as possible so I do need a bit of work when it comes to this aspect. 

Any advice on that aspect?
