If you have any employees, this should be offered to you already.Workers compensation coverage is classified as "retrospective" coverage; you have to get insurance certificates from all contractors (where possible), and you have to keep track of the type of work being done by all (especially the uninsured).

Anyone can analyze an obvious home run, the tricky thing is distinguishing which ones you will regret and when not to jump in (which is really hard, at times my husband has had to talk me out of a property I wanted that I realized in retrospect could have gone badly!).

I had a full scholarship to go and in retrospect wish I had spent those hours working on our business instead.I think that self-study, networking and specific training/mentoring are the best avenues for knowledge in the REI.
