Active Duty Newbie. Eager to learn

Hey gang! My name is Jeremy Feliciano. I'm 29 and have been in the NAVY for 9 years now. My most proud accomplishment this year is getting COMPLETELY out of debt and now being able to save over 40% of my monthly income. It wasn't easy, but it was well worth it!

I've owned my own home before (which I sold earlier this year) using my VA loan and ever since then I cannot stop thinking about owning more. In retrospect, I wish I would've refinanced and kept it as a rental property, but you live and learn. Now here I am, excited to learn, and ready to invest in my future.

I'm currently eyeballing a property that needs A LOT of work (fix and flip?), and would certainly welcome any advice you all my have. Looking forward to being a part of the community!
