I have mixed opinions, but overall I thought it was great, particularly for the college-age individual, and would be life-changing for someone at that age.I agree with most of the book, thought it was pretty encouraging, though somewhat repetitive.

I have been a silent consumer of BP (I didn't feel I had anything to offer until I got started and my feet wet, and instead of asking my own questions I search for others who ask the same as I had to avoid repetition) and now I'd like to lean on the community for some input and start giving back however I can now that I'm into the process of my first investment.I just bought a property in Philly, an old house from the 40s (genrally speaking excellent condition) which has wall paper covering most of the house.

Little advice from my experience in corporate world: X% (80-95%) of the workforce is engaged in doing repetitive business that brings in revenue, the other 100-X % is creative employment that device new ways to finding leads and business opportunities, that help corporate advance further and grow. eXp realty is what i have seen to be more successful in the digital real estate world but i would ask you to vet your terms with any other successful company, you pick best 10 and ask them what your terms are if they can accept them. best of luck, vishu

-I lost $17K of EMD/Inspections/Appraisal money on a 12-plex hotel when I found out 2 weeks before closing that the property was located in a special flood zone (Severe Repetitive Loss), meaning the flood insurance is $40K alone!
