As I said, as of today, this moment...I'm 90% satisfied with their performance and have confidence in their asset management team to be able to recover most if not all of my principle should more of their loans default.

I also went to college, not that it is mandatory, and I got a business degree that emphasized real estate while recovering from a medical priblem.

Even if you can recover refinishing costs from a tenant's deposits you're shortening the life of the floor, which is expensive to replace.If you put carpet or some other flooring down they'll be preserved until you do decide to sell.
