As I said, as of today, this moment...I'm 90% satisfied with their performance and have confidence in their asset management team to be able to recover most if not all of my principle should more of their loans default.

I also went to college, not that it is mandatory, and I got a business degree that emphasized real estate while recovering from a medical priblem.  

They are loans with issues already in them albeit recovering from or dealing with them.  

I am on that site just about every day while I am recovering.  

I am on BP just about everyday while I recover medically.  

On my last visit I felt a sense of urgency to try and help the island recover in someway but I believe this is deeper than most of us know.

Even if you can recover refinishing costs from a tenant's deposits you're shortening the life of the floor, which is expensive to replace.If you put carpet or some other flooring down they'll be preserved until you do decide to sell.

It allows me to build equity to recover if I sell out, or use to get a second property...options are there.

However, it would take 3 to 4 years to recover the likely $6000 shed cost at the $300/month savings compared to renting a room.
