Now that I am trying to invest on a full time basis, I find that the available RE foreclosure sites which I used to use, do not have enough or timely information for me to compete with others.Despite the high number of foreclosures in AZ (Maricopa County), there is a rat race to get to the best "deals".

You need to find out what protected groups there are in your jurisdication, in addition to the federal groups: race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status (including children under the age of 18 living with parents of legal custodians, pregnant women, and people securing custody of children under the age of 18), and handicap (disability).

Currently we are looking for trailer parks in SC and GA.Found the rat race enough and packed up, put the house on the market, and moved all in 2 months, with no idea where I was going to end up.Well it's great to be here, and I'm glad I can put some of my experiences to good use here on BP.
