My sons and I are huge NFL fans, and it's great to see a player engage in other pursuits such as real estate - It reminds us that you guys are grinding and working towards the future just like the rest of us mere mortals!

If so, is quiet title the best option of pursuit? 

I started last year in my mid 40sIm fortunate where im at at the point where im trying to decide if i should retire early from my teaching gig to pursuit real estate investing full time

Notes seem to be a short-term pursuit, unless of course one invests in long-term notes.Having property allows one access to capital at a discount to what notes would bring so borrowing a little and using cash to buy notes and make loans seems like a logical direction to take.Searching for local notes brought me to a company named Fairfield Financial that seems like a good place to search out this type of investment.Hear younger people say they look forward to when they can just make loans.

I wish you luck on your pursuit to leave a legacy and dontate one billion dollars, but luck won't make it happen, surely you will.

There is no such thing as balance- Balance is something you get after you have arrived or achieved at your goal whether that be tons of rentals, flips or whatever your goal.During your pursuit of it there is no such thing as balance- That means if you are employed you will be spending an insane amount of time working on your real estate stuff, you will not spend as much time with family friends etc.

Like Ryan said, I'd use my time in other pursuits.

My {non real-estate} company has been doing business in the U.S.A for years and we have just begun pursuit of rental properties in select U.S.A. markets.
