For example, I've sleuthed out a few such situations in my market over the last year and found:#1 was owned by a Denver based investing company that wen't on a buying spree in 2018 and imploded#2 was owned by a local investor that is up to his eyeballs in just this type of investment property and (you'll never believe it . . .) is overwhelmed and is Ostriching (you know, where you bury your head in the sand and pretend like nothing is happening . . . yep, they do it too!
