I haven’t got as many bookings for the upcoming season as usual and I’m working hard to turn that around but I think throwing in the towel at this stage is really premature. 

Taking premature distribution from a retirement account and getting hit with taxes and penalties might cost you 40-50% of the amount you take out so I don't think that is a wise move especially when you have some alternatives. 

., being hit with taxes and penalties on premature distribution would not be wise, you will end up giving uncle Sam 40-50% of the distribution amount upfront.

(now they're one and the same I guess) As I've had premature failures from their store brand footwear that they refused to warranty.

If she starts flappin at the gums then   give her a pack of Newport’s as a peace offering to shut her up .honestly though  A small bribe goes a long way and can soothe a savage beast !

I know too many people that have regretted getting into adult worlds/problems prematurely.

My question is: How do I effectively go back to my partner and explain that this is not good for me, explain I need this to be 50/50 as we are coming in with the same amount of cash, and that there are ways to make sure his loan is covered should he or I exit from the deal prematurely?

I have just begun my real estate investment journey to financial freedom, only being introduced to this world about a month ago.I know I still have so much to learn, before I even set out to find my first deal, so that I can do everything I can to set myself up for success.I realize that my question may be a bit premature to ask for me, but something I've heard a lot on the BP podcasts and in the books I've been reading is the desire to get into real estate because you hate your job.
