The personal residence in CA. is owned under a Revocable Living Trust.The trust actually pre-dates the financing on the Kansas City property by a few months (my error).My suspicion on the fraud comes from the fact that she never made a payment on this KC property and four months later she put a $750.000.00 HELOC on the trust property.One interesting added point is that I found five other properties owned by the LLC in the same area in KC.

Ideally what she is looking for is something in the price range of 650-950, 1 yr lease, close to transportation, laundry room access, clean, safe, would prefer some utilities paid but not a deal breaker and predator free.

They will generally have capital and might take a chance on you.Conventional lenders will probably avoid you like the plague for awhile so I wouldn't count on that avenue.Also understand with a divorce decree joint credit cards can predate the settlement.

many of the folks that got scammed simply are moving on don't want anything to do with it.. wont do anything and that's who these financial predators stay in business.. counting on those who simply don't want anything to do with it chalk up their loss's and go away.

I've seen people let dogs loose on their neighbors, child predators that are already sex offenders running around the complex in their ankle bracelets, I'm a pro at kicking out armed drug dealers; hell, many years ago I LIVED in a building where the resident manager, who rented the second floor to the Devil's Disciples, thought it would be a great idea to let his pack of barely trained German Shepards roam the halls for 'security.'
