I mean, with Periscope allowing everyday practitioners like you and I the ability to talk and share LIVE with one another, you would think that guru's from everywhere would be all over it sharing LIVE deals, and LIVE conversations...Yet, all I see when I see people sharing information about wholesaling, it's always the same old tired "get a bandit sign, get a yellow letter" thing.Does anyone else feel as frustrated as me?

But we must have substantial economic effect for those operating agreement allocations to be respected.One of the big reasons partnerships are flexible, often advantageous, and often underrated by both practitioners and taxpayers alike IMO.

You'll learn more from reading proper books (not self-motivation BS packaged as a book) by real practitioners and networking.Added bonus: You'll not expose yourself to scammy folks... lol

I work as a Nurse Practitioner, he works as a manager of sustainability for a large company.
