they usually say stick it in the bank.. so you can offer them a nice return above bank CDs and on an asset they already know and like etc..

I started investing here in 2016 so it's been 8-9 years for me.

I am finally at my two year mark not being W2 so if I can skip past DSCR loans and the such that would be much preferred as I dont want to pay the fees if I don't have to as I am trying to get some money I put into each unit to renovate back out of it. 

There are good relations with the neighbor so this likely wouldn't be terribly difficult to pull off, but I haven't ever developed a property from scratch so I would definitely like the opportunity to partner with someone on this to help ensure the success but first I want to finish the smaller property to have sufficient funding available if it is needed.

What would you do in my shoes I don’t invest there so take this with a slight grain of salt but I’ve heard multiple stories of basically this exact scenario someone getting offered a big payday for something in Cumberland, rejecting it & always for some reason (house burned down, block got worse, sheetz decided they actually didn’t want someone’s land for a car wash after all) always selling for like 10-20k and regretting not selling. 

The property is mine and my brother's inheritance so I am looking at it as a long term investment.  

And I could use additional 200K or so to fund my next investment property. 

Now for some nice winter shots then schedule for summer so you can add them as well.

So my question is this, how do I find seller financed deals? 

So far, I've reached out to a company called Lloyd Security who appear to be able to help with wifi surveillance and access panel.
