I made my firstinvestment in 2019, became a licensed broker in May of 2023, and amtransitioning out of the military to focus full-time on real estate with theFive Pillars Team at eXp Realty.

Like already mentioned this type of property doesn't benefit from all the wealth building pillars RE provides. 

If you're aiming to house-hack a primary residence or purely buy an investment property consider the other wealth building pillars of RE.

I’ve also discovered that property management may be something that will be in my immediate future and a pillar I will use for my investing future.So yeah, I would recommend finding something you can offer, any skill set, and possibly throw up an ad here, on CL, FB, or all three at the same time and make it as OVERT as you can that you are looking to meet local investors.I wish you luck and would definitely like to hear an update down the line!

I often break it down into the "five pillars" of protecting your assets.1st pillar is avoiding unnecessary and risky activities (don't drink and drive, insurance generally won’t cover your poor decisions) and take good care of your investments - these simple steps will help you prevent lawsuits before they even occur.2nd pillar is a good insurance policy as that cover the majority of your exposure.

There are other pillars of wealth building in real estate.
