They're long distance typically so viewing the space in person isn't usually a priority, and this saves you time from having to drive over and schedule facetime tours :)

They will schedule an inspection to verify that the second bedroom does in fact exist in the apartment.I am not sure, I believe it’s because this apartment is only being rented by one person on the lease.

I have my own leads (name of decedent, physical address of property, personal representative for the estate, Their physical address.

This does not seem realistic to have a credit score of 580 if a person doesn’t even have a SSN.
