Heating costs go up in winter, as does electricity due to the reduced natural light and more people indoors.

I may focus on that market since I can hit some people up to be boots on the ground.

There are some people on BP that could tell you how they have personally done insurance on wraps… However With the likelihood of them being attacked and criticized by those that don’t know or don’t like these sort of transgressions they usually hold their peace..

There are also many new construction townhomes all over Houston, so if/when you go to re-sale, most people can buy new for just a bit more (if not the same) than buy your used townhome.

I hear people with success direct mailing and cold calling, finding off market deals.
