6) Fees: How much is it in total fees throughout the eviction process in PA with and without an attorney?

I manage my own STR's in PA and don't really want to have property managers for STR's because it's a market that requires more attention to details.

A squatter only has rights if they have lived on property 20 yrs or more in pa. but with a moratorium going on till June or July due to covid.. this situation might be different.

OR they are a very small, very novice "Ma,Pa" operation aged out, dilapidated, not really much there to be honest and after years of decline now retiring out.   

Rent prices are dropping here in Hagerstown, MD and Pittsburgh, PA.

In hindsight, I don’t think the LLC would have been advised by an attorney and accountant in my home state of PA.
