Peninsula/area near Stanfordnow if you talk about san Jose , for each zip code I can give rating from class B to class D.Speaking of the area I can recommend some good food in each town lol.For me I'd rather classifying those town based on food, for best Korean I would pick Santa Clara or Concord.

there is a popular weed shop right across from us too. i feel they wouldnt mind considering food/weed would be so close and we'd get business from them too so i can give them discounts. whats your thoughts on this?

I'd say it is a solid B class location 5 min driving to home depot, whole foods, publix, LA Fitness. 12 min driving to Surfside beach and Bal Harbor.

I recently had a client buy a restaurant building, the seller had purchased the building, spent a good chunk of change fixing it up, and then promptly went out of business b/c the food they were looking to 'supply' wasn't in 'demand' in that market (a restaurant's 'market' is the local area, a destination resort's market is obviously "the country" or "the world," so I think part of it is automatically solved in your case).

There's a good amount of downtime baked in too so that you can dive deeper with anyone you're really connecting with, or get some solo work time in to start implementing what you're learning.Side note: They always book huge, gorgeous houses, and there never any no shortage of fresh food & drinks.
