We self mange the property which can be rewarding but can be very frustrating at the same time.The most frustrating piece that we have run into so far is showing the unit to prospective tenants.

We self mange our other properties, so plan to do it for this one as well.

Hey all,I’m not sure if it makes sense, but I have a property I flipped which I think will make more sense as a STR, but I don’t want to manage it as one at the moment -does it make sense there will be investors willing to rent it from me and mange it as an STR? 

We ended up getting a tankless NG after I converted our boiler to NG instead.All the major manufacturers make them.

With most investors  self manging or owning property management companies themselves, how do you decide price per door for new clients?

We have a 199k btu NG unit in our primary home.

Property is out of state and we would use the team I already have in place to mange the property.

I pay 25k per house just to mange. 12500 rough in 12500 upon co.
